You may also have to attach the scanned image (in either jpg or pdf format) of the front page of your passport with this request.

Accomodation

  • Place: Guest House in the Pohang Accelerator Laboratory

  • We reserved Guest House for Participants.
    We reserved Guest House from Aug. 26 to 30 (4 nights).
    If you need to stay in other place, you have to ask us to reserve a hotel or reserve for yourself.
    4 persons in one Guest House. We will arrange 4 persons in one Guest House.

  • Key Pickup and Return: We will pickup all keys and give you when you arrive in Pohang.
    Check-in time (14:00) / Check-out time (12:00)

  • Guest Room Utility
    Heater : Central heating system in installed in the Guest Room and you can adjust the control valve at need.
    Drinking Water : Water purifier is installed.
    House Cleaning : Even though housekeeper is taking care of room cleaning, please arrange small simple equipments by yourself.
    Washing Equipment : Towel, soap, toothpaste are equipped at a washing stand, please bring your own stuff such as toothbrush ad shaver.

  • Internet and Telephone (domestic only) is ready.
